Article 13Fees and Payment
1) The Service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled, and fees are charged to the registered payment method at the end of each subscription period.
- The Company may change service fees and will notify users at least seven (7) days in advance.
- Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
2) Users must pay the agreed service fees.
3) Payments may be processed through third party payment services.
4) When subscription changes take effect
- Adding licenses takes effect immediately; the amount for the remaining period is charged on a pro-rata (daily) basis. Changing to a higher-priced plan or a longer billing cycle (an upgrade) also takes effect immediately: the new plan is charged, and the amount for the remaining period of the previous plan is refunded or set off under Article 20(3).
- Reducing licenses and changing to a lower-priced plan or a shorter billing cycle (a downgrade) takes effect from the next billing date. Until then the current subscription remains unchanged, and no refund or fee applies.

Article 20Refund Policy
1) Refund shortly after payment. The Company refunds a payment for the Paid Service only if the request is made within seven (7) days of the payment date and no paid feature has been used since the payment (no project created, no AI tokens consumed, etc.). The refund amount is the payment amount less the payment-processing fee already paid to the payment provider (3% of the payment), and such a refund is available once per organization (company) per year. The subscription ends immediately when the refund is processed.
2) Other terminations. Where the conditions in paragraph 1 are not met, payments already made are not refunded. Canceling a subscription only stops automatic renewal; the Service remains available until the end of the paid period.
3) Subscription changes. License reductions and downgrades take effect from the next billing date under Article 13(4) and are not refundable. On an upgrade, the amount for the remaining period of the previous plan is calculated pro rata (daily) and refunded or set off against the new payment.
4) Method. Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider and card issuer.
5) Mandatory law. Where applicable law grants the user a more favorable refund than this Article, that law prevails.
(Use of paid features is determined from service usage records)
Article 22Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the use of the Service.
